Many people don’t know that the hotels have a policy that they can give the free room upgrade to anyone if they want. So always try your luck at the reception. This is tried and tested by me . Many times I ask the free room upgrade and they gives me easily with no cost. The reason behind this is that they what their customer to be happy and anyways they have rooms empty so they gives us but yes we need to ask for that.

If you are a solo traveler or a student you can do the late checking and then negotiated the price from the hotel directly As already the day is gone so they will give you good discount.

Don’t always book your hotel at the center location of the city . Prices of hotels depends on the location first then the services and amenities they provide so always look for the hotels which are situated few kilometers from the main city . Specially when the destination country has the good mode of transport like Singapore and Hong Kong etc. But if the transport is not good then you should always choose the good location which is of walking distance from all the tourist attractions.
8. Hotel Wi-Fi
We always ask for hotel Wi-Fi as soon as we entered in the hotel but you should keep that one thing in mind that if you have a good money I mean if you can afford the internet then you should not use the hotel Wi-Fi because Hotel Wi-Fi is always the top spot to get hacked by hackers for cyber -crime . So you should avoid the hotel Wi-Fi as much as you can.
