However, in some situations, the transportation mode might be changed as per the location or terrain of the destination. We assure you that while providing you any conveyance we will keep your comfort and safety at the upmost priority.

You can go through the package details which includes all the specific information about your accommodation. In a normal situation, to provide you with the most local experience of the destination, instead of some lavish resort or hotel, we arrange the local stays in real-local houses.

Since, the idea is to promote local experiences and meeting new people with similar mind-set. The travellers will be given a stay in shared space with the fellow travellers.

No, we do not include any airfare or train-fare in our package cost. Tourists coming from a different demography are requested to arrange their conveyance at their own. We will give you a Location where we will assemble and start our Journey.

The Package includes Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, Tea, Tea-time snacks and safe drinking water for everyday during the tour. However, the cost of any meal, snacks, alcohol etc. apart from these three will have to be borne by the travellers themselves.


You can cancel your trip by simply writing a mail to “daindiantourist@gmail.com”
Our representative will call you to confirm the same. However, 20% Cancellation fee will be charged at the time of refund if you cancel the trip 30 days before the trip starts. After that 50% Cancellation fee will be applied at the time of refund.

Refund will be processed within 21 working days from the date of cancellation mail received.
You will be required to mail us your bank details as the amount will be transferred to the same bank account via net banking. Please note that we will not entertain any request of payment through cheque/cash/e-wallets.

No, you are not supposed to bring any printed receipt on your end as we already pass on the required info to our team. You just need to carry your valid photo-ID-proof and relax while our team performs the formalities.

Absolutely not, all the money matters will be taken care by the team. Guests are not supposed to pay for any trip related expenses.


We suggest you to wear comfortable clothes of your choice that suits you best in the present climatic condition. We would also suggest you to maintain the decorum of religious places in terms of appropriate clothing.

Since, the idea is to bring you out of your “comfort zone” we suggest our guests to not bring more than 1 luggage as you will be the one to carry it everywhere. Just carry your essentials and try to keep it light.


We know that unforeseen circumstances are uncontrollable, if any such situation occurs and you wish to cancel your trip you can simply write us at “daindiantourist@gmail.com”. Our representatives will get in touch with you to confirm the same. However, to keep The Indian Tourist safe from any loss (we give the booking amount to our travel partners in advance), if you cancel the trip 30 days prior to departure, we charge 20% of the package price as a cancellation fee. If you cancel the trip with less than 30 days left for departure, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Due to our attractive deals and limited seats we mostly get houseful long before the trip commences. So, we cannot let anyone come in on the last moment. It is advisable to do the booking prior and reserve a seat for yourself.
