This Privacy Policy describes how The Indian Tourist, d/b/a The Indian Tourist (“The Indian Tourist”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses your information through the The Indian Tourist.com website (the “Site”) and handles the information you provide through your use of the Site. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Site and/or booking a reservation through us on the Site or through our service providers.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information we collect through other sources. By using our Site or purchasing any product or service online from The Indian Tourist, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals at this time. We await the result of work by the policy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.

We may offer features that allow you to share your activity from The Indian Tourist on various platforms, such as Facebook or others. Your settings on those platforms will control how your information is shared within those platforms. To adjust what information is shared on those platforms, adjust your settings within those platforms. Please read the privacy policies of those platforms, because The Indian Tourist activity and content published on those platforms will no longer be governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the information you choose to share in this way.

You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
